The Countdown Is On: Little Shop 2.0 Is Almost Here!

If you’ve been following along over the past few months, you’ll know it’s been a wild ride behind the scenes here at Little Shop of Horrors. After moving out of our old home, we’ve spent the last three months living, breathing, eating (and occasionally crying into) the rebuild of Little Shop 2.0.

And now… we’re almost there.

Grand Opening Day is officially locked in for May 3, 2025.

Honestly, it feels surreal even writing that.

It’s been non-stop around the clock — demolishing, moving, painting, building, plotting, scheming, swearing (a lot), and trying to remember what sleep feels like. But every second has been worth it, because Little Shop 2.0 isn’t just a rebuild. It’s bigger, better, crazier, and somehow even more us than ever before.

We didn’t want to just recreate what we had.

We wanted to make it even more magical.

And we think (no, we know) we have.

One of the things we’re most excited about? Getting back into our Makeup Salon and Photography Studio for our famous Movie Makeovers! We’ve missed recreating all your favourite characters on YOU — and we’ve added some incredible new characters to our collection while we’ve been rebuilding. We are absolutely thrilled to get back to doing what we do best: making YOU the life of the party!

And while we were at it… we also built something brand new!

Our all-new Backlot Experience is ready to go — where you step right into the scene and become part of the action. With costumes, props, and incredible selfie moments everywhere you look, it’s another excuse (as if you needed one!) to come and visit. We already know you’re going to love it!

Getting back to “normal” — if you can call our version of normal, well, normal — is honestly the most exciting thing ever. Being able to throw our doors open again, welcome back all our amazing customers (and meet a few new faces too), and see the looks on everyone’s faces when they step into our brand new showroom… we’re already pinching ourselves.

Little Shop of Horrors has always been about more than costumes. It’s about nostalgia. It’s about stepping into another world. It’s about the stories we all grew up loving and the ones we’re still writing together.

And this next chapter?

It’s about to begin.
