TRYING ON FOR SIZE
Your time is as important as ours, and our appointment process makes hiring easy, efficient and enjoyable. Our small team wear many hats and it's important that we can schedule our busy days, just like any other professional service.
Wigs not available to try on during fitting. They will be freshly washed, styled and ready for collection day.
THE BORING (BUT IMPORTANT) STUFF
To reserve your costume, a 50% non-refundable deposit is required. Balance is due on collection. Your costume will be released to you once rental agreement is completed and signed. You will need to provide Drivers License and Credit Card for our security process.

*Please note we reserve the right to refuse hire or recommend purchase of a packet costume instead. This may include but is not limited to certain themed events or situations that have a higher likelihood of damage to our costumes eg; bucks nights or Mad Mondays, heavy smokers or those who don't appreciate the hard work and love that goes into what we do.

Using our online reservations is a great way to tentatively book your costume. Please select the date you would like to collect (Eg: Your party is on Saturday, so you can pick it up the day before.) We will do our best to secure the costume and date for you, but please know the costume may already be booked or otherwise unavailable.
We will call you shortly after placing your order to confirm your reservation. We will also organise a time for you to come in and try it on. In the case of the costume not fitting, being unsuitable or unavailable, we will help you find another great option and transfer your deposit to the other costume.

CAN I WALK IN AND TRY COSTUME ON?
No, our hire collection is not available to browse on our showroom floor without an appointment. BUT our store is filled with awesome costumes to buy that you can walk-in and try on / purchase.
CAN I BUY IT?
In most cases, no. Our hire collection is one of a kind, custom tailored and we must keep them available for other customers to hire. Unless you're wanting something custom tailored, if so, reach out!
CAN YOU SEND IT TO ME?
While we prefer in-store pickup and return only, we may be able to arrange a courier delivery. Return express courier charges, extended hire & insurance will apply, please "Ask a Question" below with the costume you're after and your address and date of party, to see if this service is possible for you.
