For now, showroom visits are strictly by appointment only. For your safety, please don’t visit without an appointment. As it’s an active construction site, we’re unable to assist with unannounced drop-ins. Our retail stock is currently in storage, and access to products won’t be available until we reopen.
Appointments are easily booked online using the buttons available on every page of our hire catalog.
Online orders may still be placed! As these products are shipped direct from supplier and are not affected by our closure.

Approximate Appointment Time: 2 Hours +
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time. To ensure you receive the most from your appointment and not eat into your time.
Please ensure you arrive with a freshly washed and moisturized face. Makeup removal will incur an additional charge.
If you are wearing contact lenses, please arrive with them already applied as to not eat into your appointment time. Make sure you purchase them before the big day! Our artists are strictly do not apply your contact lenses for you.
For our artists comfort please refrain from smoking before or during your appointment.
We have a no plus one / child policy for safety reasons during your appointment. Not only for your childs safety, but to make sure every appointment runs smoothly and in a timely manner. Booked clients only in the salon, please leave your support crew at home.
Our time, experience, & customer service are valuable, payments are not transferable and refunds are not available. No shows result in loss of deposit. Please refer to full T&Cs.
