We are a small, family-owned store run by two sisters, and our goal is for every customer’s visit to feel magical and memorable. We’re a small, family-run business - just two sisters who have poured everything into turning a factory space of 350 square metres into the magical wonderland you see today. We did our very best with the space and resources we had, but we’re not millionaires with unlimited room to build wide halls everywhere. Most of our store is wheelchair accessible, though a few of the themed rooms are smaller and some doorways a little narrower. With many displays throughout the store, there may also be some spots that are trickier to navigate, especially with larger chairs. Please know we’ve done everything we could to make it as welcoming as possible, and we’ll always do our best to help make your visit comfortable and enjoyable.
