Commercial Production Booking
Designed for television, film, advertising, commercial productions, media appearances and content creators requiring professional character transformation services.
Each Commercial Production Booking is individually quoted based on your production requirements.
Includes:
- Exclusive access to our premises during your booking, with no retail customers present.
- Up to 3 hours of character makeup, wig styling and filming time.
- Two staff members for the duration of the booking (Sunday commercial call-out rate).
- Character transformation including makeup and wig application.
- Standard Character Makeup, up to our Character Makeup service level.
- Costume hire up to our Premium Collection.
- Access to our commercial prop collection to enhance your production, including additional wigs and character props etc.
- Use of our themed showroom spaces and displays for filming.
- Permission to film within our premises for commercial use.
- Approval for the makeup application process and our staff to appear in behind-the-scenes footage relating to the transformation.
Additional charges may apply for:
- Prosthetics and special effects makeup.
- Contact lenses.
- Creature Feature makeup upgrades.
- Premium prosthetic application.
- Additional costume upgrades.
- Extended booking time beyond 3 hours.
- Additional staff or production requirements.
- On-location services outside our premises.
Salon Terms & Guidelines
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you get the most out of your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
Preparation: Arrive with a freshly washed and moisturized face to maximize your appointment. Makeup removal will incur an additional fee.
Contact Lenses: If you wear contact lenses, please have them applied before your appointment. Our artists do not apply contact lenses, so be sure to purchase and insert them ahead of time.
Smoking Policy: For the comfort of our artists, please refrain from smoking before or during your appointment.
No Plus Ones / Child Policy: For safety and to maintain a calm, focused environment, only booked clients are permitted in the salon. Please leave your support crew at home – including children.
Cancellations & No Shows: Our time, expertise, and service are valuable. Payments are non-transferable, and refunds are not available. No shows will result in the loss of deposit. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for further details.
