During your consultation with our experienced stylist Louise, she will take the time to get to know you to fully understand your unique vision, then, walking you through our costume hire collection, together you will try a variety of options and find the best costume to flatter you perfectly, selecting from our enormous range of outfits and services such as our Boutique Salon makeup transformations, and ancillary products for the perfect finishing touch.
Please include sizing information for each person, as well as preferences and ideas for what you are looking to hire, and we will have a selection of options ready for you on arrival.
We thank you for your understanding that our boutique costume hire collection is valuable, delicate and precious to us, as is the time and expertise of our qualified stylist. As much as we love playing dress-ups all day, the hire department of our business is only a fraction of what we offer and to run our busy store efficiently and ensure each and every customer receives the amazing customer service we offer, our costume hires are by appointment.
- Price is $30 per person redeemable on the costume selection of each person during appointment. Not transferable between customers or departments, no refunds.
- We give each and every customer the best service we can provide and do our utmost to find the perfect costume for you during your appointment. Please note our time, experience, & customer service are valuable, consultation payments are not transferable and refunds are not available.
- Each consultation allows for 3 costumes per person, in a 30 minute time frame. Feel free to arrive a little early if you wish to have a look through our wardrobes as to not eat into your appointment time, and keep in mind that if you do not succeed on your first visit, we will send you home with a list of characters to research and welcome you back for a second go.
- Please be aware that the process can be overwhelming when you first enter our store as there are a world of options, it will definitely serve you well if you arrive without distraction, meaning we encourage you to leave the kids at home. After all it’s all about you, just this once!
- PLEASE NOTE: If following your consultation and costume reservation, you decide to change your mind and start again, you will be required to book and pay for a second consultation which will not be redeemable on your costume. Our time and service is valuable and we deserve to be remunerated.
A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to book your appointment.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment start time. To ensure you receive the most from your appointment and not eat into your time.
Please ensure you arrive with a freshly washed and moisturized face. Makeup removal will incur an additional charge.
If you are wearing contact lenses, please arrive with them already applied as to not eat into your appointment time. Make sure you purchase them before the big day! Our artists are strictly do not apply your contact lenses for you.
For our artists comfort please refrain from smoking before or during your appointment.
We have a no plus one / child policy for safety reasons during your appointment. Not only for your childs safety, but to make sure every appointment runs smoothly and in a timely manner. Booked clients only in the salon, please leave your support crew at home.
Our time, experience, & customer service are valuable, payments are not transferable and refunds are not available. No shows result in loss of deposit. Please refer to full T&Cs.
