We’ll be CLOSED from 1 November, reopening Friday 13 November.
All online orders placed during our break will be processed when we return, and all costume hires are due to be returned on Friday 13 November.

For the perfect fit, we recommend adding our Salon Wig Wrap service when applying your wig. If you want your wig to fit perfectly, stay comfortable, and last all night, this service is a must. Our wig stylist will ensure your wig is flawless and secure – and you won’t end up looking like you’ve got a dead raccoon on your head!
Appointment Time: Approximately 30 Minutes
Salon Terms & Guidelines
Deposit: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required to secure your appointment.
Arrival Time: Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your appointment to ensure you get the most out of your session. Late arrivals may result in reduced service time.
Preparation: Arrive with a freshly washed and moisturized face to maximize your appointment. Makeup removal will incur an additional fee.
Contact Lenses: If you wear contact lenses, please have them applied before your appointment. Our artists do not apply contact lenses, so be sure to purchase and insert them ahead of time.
Smoking Policy: For the comfort of our artists, please refrain from smoking before or during your appointment.
No Plus Ones / Child Policy: For safety and to maintain a calm, focused environment, only booked clients are permitted in the salon. Please leave your support crew at home – including children.
Cancellations & No Shows: Our time, expertise, and service are valuable. Payments are non-transferable, and refunds are not available. No shows will result in the loss of deposit. Please refer to our full Terms & Conditions for further details.
