Individual Costume Repair or Replacement Charge + Admin Fee

This item is used to process payment for repair or replacement costs relating to a specific component of a hired costume.

The cost to repair or replace an individual costume component varies depending on the item and level of damage. Replacement costs range from $25 up to $1500 per component.

All repair or replacement incidents also include a $50 administration fee. This covers assessment time, documentation, supplier coordination, labour handling, and processing of the repair or replacement.

This charge is applied in addition to any repair, replacement, cleaning, postage, or associated costs required to return the costume to hire-ready condition.
