Our Laundry Fairy Fee covers the professional cleaning, sanitising, and resetting of your costume after hire, so it is returned to showroom condition and ready for the next customer. Charged at 10% of the price of your chosen costume.

Costumes are not standard garments. Many pieces include delicate fabrics, trims, structured elements, and custom details that require careful handling and specialised cleaning methods. This process takes time, skill, and attention to detail to maintain the quality and longevity of each piece.

After your hire, your costume is:

• • Carefully inspected for wear or damage
• • Professionally cleaned and sanitised
• • Steamed, pressed, and reset into presentation condition
• • Repacked and prepared for the next booking

This fee allows you to enjoy your costume without the stress of cleaning or maintenance. We ask that costumes are returned in a reasonable condition, free from excessive dirt, damage, or staining beyond normal wear.

The Laundry Fairy Fee is a standard part of our hire process and helps us maintain the high quality and presentation of our collection.

Additional cleaning, repair, or damage fees may apply if a costume is returned in a condition outside of normal use.
