Postage for Costume Hire is calculated using standardised box sizes to ensure fast, where possible, consistent, and accurate quoting across Australia.

Each costume is carefully packed into one of our designated box sizes based on its volume, including any wigs, hats, and accessories. Shipping is sent via Australia Post with insurance based on replacement value and signature on delivery included for security.

We offer both Express Post and Standard Post options. Express Post is our preferred method, especially for delivery, as it helps ensure your costume arrives safely and on time for your event.

Standard Post is used at our discretion and only where timing allows. Choosing Standard Post may require an extended hire period, as the costume will be unavailable for other bookings while in transit. This may result in additional hire fees to cover the extended time. Please be aware this can affect both availability and the total hire cost quoted.

Australia Post pricing is based on cubic weight, meaning the size of the box determines the majority of the shipping cost rather than just the weight. Using our standard box sizes allows us to calculate real-time, accurate postage pricing based on your postcode.

Final postage pricing is confirmed once your costume is packed and processed. While quotes are based on current Australia Post rates, slight variations may occur at the time of shipment and will be adjusted accordingly.
