IMPORTANT: Hire by Post is available by prior approval only. Please read the info page before placing an online booking. If you book without approval, your Admin & Postage Deposit is non-refundable, even if your booking is declined or cancelled.

TRYING ON FOR SIZE
Your time is as important as ours, and our appointment process makes hiring easy, efficient and enjoyable. Our small team wear many hats and it's important that we can schedule our busy days, just like any other professional service.
Wigs not available to try on during fitting. They will be freshly washed, styled and ready for collection day.

*Please note we reserve the right to refuse hire or recommend purchase of a packet costume instead. This may include but is not limited to certain themed events or situations that have a higher likelihood of damage to our costumes eg; bucks nights or Mad Mondays, heavy smokers or those who don't appreciate the hard work and love that goes into what we do.
Your 50% deposit tentatively reserves this costume. We will call or email you to confirm availability and arrange an in-store fitting appointment.
Balance & Laundry Fairy 10% due on collection.
Bring Drivers License & Credit Card on pickup.

Pickup & return instore only.
Using our online reservations is a great way to tentatively book your costume. Please select the date you would like to collect (Eg: Your party is on Saturday, so you can pick it up the day before.)
Please note this online calendar does not sync with our Reservation System automatically.
Feel free to call to check costume availability.
We will do our best to secure the costume and date for you, but please know the costume may already be booked or otherwise unavailable. If unavailable we will assist in selecting a backup costume.
We will contact you shortly after placing your order to confirm your reservation. We will also organise a time for you to come in and try it on. In the case of the costume not fitting, being unsuitable or unavailable, we will help you find another great option and transfer your deposit to the other costume.

CAN I WALK IN AND TRY COSTUME ON?
No, our hire collection is not available to browse on our showroom floor without an appointment. BUT our store is filled with awesome costumes to buy that you can walk-in and try on / purchase.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Short answer no, we have a No Refund Policy. Costume Reservation Deposits are Non-Refundable. Long answer: Read our Terms & Conditions HERE
I JUST WANT ONE PIECE?
We don't split up our costumes or hire a single piece so you can put the rest together yourself. They go out as a full ensemble set, as we intend them to be worn, only.
CAN I BUY IT?
In most cases, no. Our hire collection is one of a kind, custom tailored and we must keep them available for other customers to hire. Unless you're wanting something custom tailored, if so, reach out!
